Founded in 2021, Colorado Commercial Real Estate Services brings together over three decades of combined experience across all commercial real estate asset classes—including office, industrial, and retail. Our leadership team, comprised of seasoned professionals including our President and Senior Partners, is dedicated to delivering a higher standard of property management and brokerage services.

Gosia Bikker | President
Born and raised in Poland, Gosia began working at just 12 years old, cultivating a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit that continues to drive her success today. Her passion for property management took root in Bellingham, Washington, where she managed a team of 40 employees and played a key role in scaling the company’s growth.
Gosia has held her Employing Broker license since 2006 and has been active in Commercial Property Management and Brokerage since 2003. In 2012, she relocated to Colorado Springs and in 2021 founded Colorado Commercial Real Estate, a woman-owned business that has since become a trusted professional in the region.
Throughout her career, Gosia has facilitated over 500 brokerage transactions, managed dozens of tenant improvement projects—some exceeding $1.8 million—and led multiple building renovations. Her strategic approach has consistently increased rental income and property values for her clients. Today, she oversees a commercial property portfolio valued at over half a billion dollars.

Marilyn Rodarmel | Portfolio Manager/Broker
Originally from a small farm town in Pennsylvania, Marilyn attended Bloomsburg University before relocating to Colorado in 1998 for a business opportunity with her husband. It was in Colorado that she discovered her passion for commercial property management.
Marilyn began her career as a receptionist at Etkin Johnson Real Estate and quickly rose through the ranks to become a commercial property manager. With over 23 years in the industry, she has built a reputation for her dedication, professionalism, and strong client relationships.
Motivated by her commitment to excellence, Marilyn earned her Real Estate Broker’s License through Kaplan University and achieved the prestigious Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She credits her success to the meaningful working relationships she’s developed and her drive to continually grow in the field.
